Payments and bonuses: where the cashier quietly decides your offer
Most guides treat the cashier as plumbing — pick a method, type an amount, done. In practice the cashier is where a bonus is won or lost before a single spin. The method you choose can make you ineligible for a promotion, the amount you type can fall just short of the qualifying deposit, and a withdrawal request made too early can cancel a bonus together with everything won on it. This section is not a speed test of Irwin payouts; it explains how payments and bonus terms meet. The set of methods and the limits depend on your account — check the cashier.
International methods and what to check for each
| Method | What to check in the cashier | Bonus angle | Guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | Whether payouts to the card are possible | Cards usually qualify, but confirm | Visa |
| Mastercard | Card type: debit, virtual or prepaid | Prepaid cards are sometimes excluded | Mastercard |
| Bank transfer | Account holder name matches your profile | Slow arrival can miss a short activation window | Bank transfer |
| Trustly | Whether your bank is supported | Check the excluded-methods list | Trustly |
| Skrill | Wallet in your own name and currency | E-wallets are a frequent exclusion | Skrill |
| Paysafecard | How you will withdraw later | Vouchers are often excluded and cannot receive payouts | Paysafecard |
| Crypto | Coins, network and conversion rate | Rate swings can push a deposit below the bonus minimum | Crypto |
None of these rows is a statement that Irwin offers the method in your country: they are the international options players commonly look for.
Three moments where a payment meets a bonus
The deposit. A bonus is credited only if the amount reaches the promotion's minimum and the method is not on the exclusion list. The wagering period. While a bonus is active, the money on your balance is tied to turnover and to the max-bet rule. The withdrawal. A cash-out request before wagering is complete normally cancels the bonus and the winnings that came with it. Read our wagering guide to see how the turnover is calculated.
Two different minimums
The cashier has a minimum deposit, and the promotion has its own qualifying deposit — they do not have to match. Suppose the cashier accepts €10 and the bonus starts at €20 (illustrative example, not an Irwin term). A €15 deposit lands on your balance, but without the bonus, and a second €5 top-up is a separate deposit that may not count as "first". Put the qualifying amount in a single payment.
Account currency
If your account and your payment are in the same currency, nothing is converted. When they differ, the bank or wallet converts at its own rate, and the credited amount may fall a little short of what you expected — which matters when you are aiming at a bonus threshold. Our examples are in euros for consistency.
Identity and payment ownership checks
Before the first withdrawal the operator may ask for a passport or national ID and proof that the card, wallet or bank account belongs to you. Do it early: the wagering deadline of a bonus usually keeps running while documents are under review.
Processing times and fees
We do not publish Irwin's processing times or fees, because the operator and the payment providers set them and they change. Before confirming any payment, the cashier shows the amount to be credited or paid out — compare it with what you entered.
Why a withdrawal can take longer after a bonus
When a bonus was active, the operator may review whether the max-bet rule and the list of allowed games were respected before releasing money. Playing by the rules from the start and keeping a screenshot of the terms makes that review uneventful. Step by step: withdrawal guide and general bonus terms.
